Hi Oracle!
Let’s talk about GROUNDING.
We here this word be thrown around a lot, in the spiritual world or in your local yoga class.
So what is grounding?
Grounding is a way to regulate your nervous system and connect with your body in the present moment of time. It is a great tool if you feel anxious, overly excited or stuck in the mind.
In the beginning of my awakening journey, the first couple of years were filled with excitement.
I went from a lifetime of feeling disconnected and separate…
to suddenly being in tune with my spirit and the energies all around me.
Stepping into the spirit world was like walking into a vast cosmic library for the first time.
So many sections. So many topics. So much to explore.
And I got carried away…
Digesting tons of information, staying in the mental realms,
Without anchoring it in my physical body.
Without truly taking action in the real world.
Here’s the truth:
If we want to access higher information and actually digest it, we can’t leave the body behind.
Otherwise we bi-pass and eventually our spirit will force us to ground in possibly not the most pleasant of ways.
Whether you feel ungrounded from constant healing and energy work on your awakening journey or feeling ungrounded and over stimulated from the challenges and chaotic energies of the outside world… its all an indicator to come back to your body.
To bring our awareness and attention inward. A reminder to connect with our bodies.
I see grounding as a form of integration.
Grounding can look different for everyone.
We can do a bunch of work and learn a ton of information but it’s important to allow it to settle and integrate, so you can come into a place of embodying the knowledge and it becoming lived wisdom.
🌳Think of a Tree
The roots and trunk. The roots must be anchored deep down into the earth in order to support the high trunk, branches, and leaves. The branches represent the higher energy centers, and the leaves are the downloaded information.. it needs solid foundational support otherwise the information has no where to land.
True mastering lies in the body being able to reference, tap into different frequencies and space time dimensions without leaving your center and grounded anchor to this reality.

Go out into nature
Connect with your breath
Workout, yoga class
Swim in a body of water
Massage your body
Hold a rock or crystal
Eat a nutritional meal without any distractions
Journal
